It includes the communities of Arleta, Granada Hills, Lake Balboa, Lake View Terrace, Mission Hills, North Hills, North Hollywood, Pacoima, Panorama City, Sun Valley, Sylmar, Valley Glen, Valley Village, Van Nuys, and the City of San Fernando.
